Why We’ve Rebranded – A Fresh Look for Bright Futures UK
At Bright Futures UK, our mission has always been simple: to make sure that illness never defines a young person’s future. Since 2017, we’ve been supporting children and young people aged 5–24 to continue learning and growing, even when serious illness has disrupted their education.
Over the years, our community has grown — from a handful of young people and volunteers to hundreds across the UK, supported through tutoring, mentoring, befriending, and in-hospital workshops. Alongside that growth, our identity needed to grow too. That’s why we’re excited to share our new look with you.
Why we’ve rebranded
Rebranding isn’t just about changing a logo or updating colours. For us, it’s about making sure our identity reflects who we are today — a bold, supportive, youth-led charity that understands the challenges illness brings but also celebrates the resilience, talent and ambitions of every young person we support.
Our old look has served us well, but as we expand our services and partnerships, we wanted an identity that truly tells our story. The rebrand captures the energy, warmth and optimism at the heart of Bright Futures UK.
What this means for you
Whether you’re a young person using our services, a parent, a hospital partner, or one of our incredible volunteers, our rebrand is designed to make us clearer, more approachable and more recognisable. You’ll see changes across our website, social media, and materials, but what hasn’t changed is our commitment to you.
We’re still here with the same mission, the same values, and the same passion for supporting young people whose education has been disrupted by illness.
